On Aug. 26, Parham Vosoughi Vahdat purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 8097 Palmetto Palm Circle 53, Tamarac from Tamie J Santangelo for $360,000.

This home last sold for $125,000 on July 11, 2001.

So far in August 2021, 204 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Tamie J. Santangelo has been registered to vote since 2001.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 8097 Palmetto Palm Circle 53 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alex J. Farr, 25, Tamie J. Santangelo, 60, and Dominick Donald De Stefano, 56.
