On Aug. 26, Limbania De Jesus Orozco and Harold E. Garzon purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 6905 N.W. 11th Court, Margate from Calmita and Jean Baptiste Aristil for $265,000.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 14, 2019. It last sold for $180,000.

So far in August 2021, 122 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Maria Valentina Rodriguez, 59, was the only registered voter residing at 6905 N.W. 11th Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
