On Aug. 26, Brian and Dawn Ziss purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 407 N.W. 104th Ave., Coral Springs from Michael and Leah Vetrano for $680,000.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 18, 2018. It last sold for $492,000.

So far in August 2021, 246 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Michael Philip Vetrano has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 407 N.W. 104th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Marlene Marie Stout, 36, and Michael Philip Vetrano, 33.
