The last time this home sold was April 24, 2017. It last sold for $109,000.

So far in August 2021, 229 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Brooke Alexandra Mortensen (27) has been registered to vote since 2017.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
