On Aug. 25, Ibrahim A. Abousha and Fatima Al Shoabi purchased a home at 10282 N.W. 54th Place, Coral Springs from Roberto and Renee Brunetti and Henry and Fernando A. Dow for $690,000.

This home last sold on Jan. 3, 2020 for $540,000.

So far in August 2021, 229 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 10282 N.W. 54th Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gregory Austin Aspinwall, 26, and Colleen M. Aspinwall, 57.
