On Aug. 25, Scott Korum and Rochelle Aroyo Korum (trust) sold their home at 10752 N.W. 51st St., Coral Springs to Rocio and Alex Piedra for $860,000.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 19, 2007. It last sold for $460,000.

So far in August 2021, 229 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Rochelle Aroyo Korum has been registered to vote since 1986. Scott H. Korum has been registered to vote since 1989.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 10752 N.W. 51st St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Rochelle Aroyo Korum, 56, Scott H. Korum, 56, and Kyle Korum, 22.
