On Aug. 25, Eric Bua purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 4629 Poinciana St. 203, Lauderdale-By-the-Sea from Stephen Digiovanni for $335,000.

This home last sold on Dec. 22, 2005 for $335,000.

So far in August 2021, 32 properties sold in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Laureen Kimberly Taylor, 61, was the only registered voter residing at 4629 Poinciana St. 203, Lauderdale-By-the-Sea as of Oct. 10, 2020.
