On Aug. 25, Treehouse Partners LLC purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 514 N.E. Ninth Ave., Pompano Beach from Todd and Margaret Dettor for $370,000.

The last time this home sold was July 27, 2007. It last sold for $265,000.

So far in August 2021, 266 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Todd Monroe Dettor has been registered to vote since 1991. Margaret Ann Dettor has been registered to vote since 2004.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
