On Aug. 25, Alison M Whitworth sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 551 S.E. 14th St., Pompano Beach to Ryan and Blair Critch for $650,000.

This home last sold for $425,000 on Jan. 26, 2016.

So far in August 2021, 266 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Austin Tyler McWhorter, 20, was the only registered voter residing at 551 S.E. 14th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
