On Aug. 25, Susan and Paul Barasch purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 1095 N.W. 72nd Terrace, Margate from Lynn Brown and Marie Brown (revocable living trust) for $305,000.

So far in August 2021, 113 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Marie A. Brown (81) has been registered to vote since 1972.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
