On Aug. 25, Lanford and Cecile Smith sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 5717 N.W. 66th Ave., Tamarac to Jennifer Bennett for $185,000.

This home last sold for $112,990 on May 4, 2016.

So far in August 2021, 188 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Cecile Lees Smith has been registered to vote since 2002. Lanford Anthony Smith has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 5717 N.W. 66th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Carmen Marti, 89, Cecile Lees Smith, 71, and Lanford Anthony Smith, 68.
