On Aug. 25, U.S. Bank National Association and Rmac (trust) sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 5711 Bamboo Circle, Tamarac to Timber Capital LLC and Milagros M. and Richard Sierra for $504,000.

The last time this home sold was July 26, 2019. It last sold for $301,000.

So far in August 2021, 188 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 5711 Bamboo Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jacob Zamstein, 73, Thomas Scott Hartman, 65, and Elana Helena Cohen, 72.
