On Aug. 24, Floyd Orlando and Yanique Taylor purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 5741 Isles Circle, Tamarac from David Pineda for $295,000.

This home last sold on July 30, 2019 for $258,000.

So far in August 2021, 182 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, David Joseph Pineda (35) has been registered to vote since 2017.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
