On Aug. 24, Eric M Hecht sold their five bedroom, four bathroom home at 9730 N.W. 63rd Place, Parkland to Jason McHugh and Marissa Giamo for $1,160,000.

This home last sold for $750,000 on March 11, 2016.

So far in August 2021, 65 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Eric Michael Hecht (61) has been registered to vote since 2000.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
