On Aug. 24, Linda and Faron Musser sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 4241 Carambola Circle 26100, Coconut Creek to Alauri Magalhaes Andrade for $175,000.

This home last sold for $43,147.73 on Sept. 11, 2018.

So far in August 2021, 130 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Linda Sue Musser has been registered to vote since 2003.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4241 Carambola Circle 26100 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Linda Sue Musser, 69, and Ethel M Reece, 89.
