The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4901 N.E. Ninth Ave., Deerfield Beach was sold on Aug. 24 by Ancora Services Inc. for $207,000. The buyer was Gator Funding LLC.

So far in August 2021, 175 properties sold in Deerfield Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 4901 N.E. Ninth Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Randy A. Santos, 57, and Amanda Metcalf Santos, 39.
