On Aug. 24, Ali Maen Rashid purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 2632 N.E. 21st Terrace, Lighthouse Point from George Pohner and Adam Pohner (revocable trust) for $939,000.

So far in August 2021, 35 properties sold in Lighthouse Point.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Adam Pohner has been registered to vote since 1983. George M. Pohner has been registered to vote since 2012.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
