The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 7869 Beechfern Blvd. 60, Tamarac was sold on Aug. 24 by Berry and Shante Lamy for $362,000. The buyers were Mayer and Julieta Russo.

This home last sold for $228,000 on April 26, 2017.

So far in August 2021, 182 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Shante Zakia Lamy has been registered to vote since 1993. Berry Lamy has been registered to vote since 1998.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 7869 Beechfern Blvd. 60 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shante Zakia Lamy, 45, Berry Lamy, 46, and Daniel Loren Leeds, 40.
