The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4315 N.W. 70th Lane, Coral Springs was sold on Aug. 24 by Adam Paul and Maria Antonietta Mandelion for $535,000. The buyers were Jennifer Dawn and Clint Alan Wolf.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 11, 2009. It last sold for $233,000.

So far in August 2021, 211 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Adam Paul Mandelion has been registered to vote since 1998. Maria A. Mandelion has been registered to vote since 2010.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 4315 N.W. 70th Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Maria Carolina Diaz, 42, Maria Antonietta Ferro, 42, Adam Paul Mandelion, 41, Einar Diaz, 48, Maria A. Mandelion, 42, and Einar Antonio Diaz, 24.
