The 0.5 bedroom, one bathroom home at 2508 Bay Drive 3, Pompano Beach was sold on Aug. 24 by Nancy K. Moody and Preston A. Moody (revocable living trust) for $195,000. The buyer was Erin L Desantis.

So far in August 2021, 255 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Brad J. Paley, 65, was the only registered voter residing at 2508 Bay Drive 3 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
