On Aug. 24, Claudio C. and Graziela Soares purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 6565 Windsor Drive, Parkland from Michael J. and Virgina Labella for $405,000.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 10, 2000. It last sold for $125,000.

So far in August 2021, 65 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 6565 Windsor Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Virginia La Bella, 77, and Michael Joseph La Bella, 89.
