On Aug. 24, Rogelio Juan and Jorge Luis Grillo sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 9838 N.W. 28th Place, Coral Springs to Orlay Batista Perez for $410,000.

So far in August 2021, 211 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Maria H. Grillo, 95, was the only registered voter residing at 9838 N.W. 28th Place as of Oct. 10, 2020.
