On Aug. 24, Felica Renee Phillip purchased a three bedroom, three bathroom home at 6193 Laurel Lane, N.D., Tamarac from Thomas Sacco and Thomas Michael Ertner for $329,000.

This home last sold on April 8, 2015 for $101,400.

So far in August 2021, 182 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Thomas M. Ertner has been registered to vote since 1995. Thomas J. Sacco has been registered to vote since 1995.

Ertner, 66, Thomas J. Sacco, 74, Maria Pacheco Coder, 69, Joey Allyn Johnson, 56, Abigail L. Hutchings, 48, Angel Descalzo, 33, and Gabriela Manuela Miller, 21.
