On Aug. 23, Matthew Vincent Barba sold their two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 3533 Merrick Lane 206, Margate to Marco A. Padilla-Vergara for $250,000.

So far in August 2021, 98 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 3533 Merrick Lane 206 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Adriel Cowley, 40, Madison Brooke Czipulis, 20, and Edita S. Barba, 37.
