The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 10730 W. Clairmont Circle 210, Tamarac was sold on Aug. 23 by Gilbert Tabakin for $137,000. The buyers were Headley and Jacqueline Brown.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 7, 2004. It last sold for $106,000.

So far in August 2021, 165 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Gilbert Tabakin (87) has been registered to vote since 1992.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
