On Aug. 23, Marcia A. Weissman and Margaret F. Weissmann sold their home at 3231 S Terrace Mar Drive, Lauderdale-By-the-Sea to Ryan Laflare for $750,000.

So far in August 2021, 30 properties sold in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Norma M. Abrahams, 96, was the only registered voter residing at 3231 S Terrace Mar Drive, Lauderdale-By-the-Sea as of Oct. 10, 2020.
