The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2782 N.W. 122nd Ave., Coral Springs was sold on Aug. 20 by Gerald Doyle and Julie Ann Lalor for $495,000. The buyers were Ehud and Michele Avni.

This home last sold on Aug. 12, 2008 for $220,000.

So far in August 2021, 187 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Gerald Doyle Lalor has been registered to vote since 1994. Julie A. Lalor has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2782 N.W. 122nd Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gerald Doyle Lalor, 62, Julie A. Lalor, 59, and Nathaniel Doyle Lalor, 23.
