On Aug. 20, Marcia and Chad Walker and Marcia Eaton sold their three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 1717 S. Coral Terrace 70-18, N. Lauderdale to Teshera E Jackson for $296,000.

The last time this home sold was July 2, 2009. It last sold for $108,000.

So far in August 2021, 49 properties sold in North Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Chad E. Walker has been registered to vote since 2000. Marcia Iesha Walker has been registered to vote since 2002.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
