The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1090 S.E. Sixth Terrace, Pompano Beach was sold on Aug. 20 by Nathan Arthur Steen and Maegan Ewing for $761,000. The buyers were Ghazal Behzadnjad and Seena Kasmai.

This home last sold for $553,500 on April 6, 2020.

So far in August 2021, 228 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1090 S.E. Sixth Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kevin Ronald Eikevik, 35, and Laura Leigh Eikevik, 35.
