The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 527 Ramblewood Drive, Coral Springs was sold on Aug. 20 by Jane C. and Pierre L. Desforges for $526,157. The buyer was Zillow Homes Property (trust).

So far in August 2021, 187 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jane Carol Desforges has been registered to vote since 1999.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 527 Ramblewood Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Marlon U. Lord, 46, and Jane Carol Desforges, 56.
