This home last sold for $289,999 on Sept. 23, 2016.

So far in August 2021, 58 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 6534 N.W. 80th Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Bonnie P. Feldsher, 75, and Irwin Richard Feldsher, 76.
