On Aug. 20, Ellen Pugatch purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 26 Centennial Court 26-2, Deerfield Beach from Dana A. Vandesteene and Denise M Fortier for $290,000.

This home last sold on June 6, 2007 for $230,000.

So far in August 2021, 160 properties sold in Deerfield Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Dana Anne Vandesteene has been registered to vote since 2007. Denise M. Fortier has been registered to vote since 2007.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
