On Aug. 19, Guy and Leslie Marie Sanchez purchased a home at 1876 N.W. 113th Way, Coral Springs from David N. and Marian Loy for $650,000.

So far in August 2021, 172 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Marian K. Loy has been registered to vote since 1984. David Norman Loy has been registered to vote since 1988.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
