On Aug. 19, Zillow Homes Property (trust) purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 3820 N.E. 12th Ave., Pompano Beach from Michael Erickson for $293,000.

This home last sold for $208,000 on Dec. 21, 2004.

So far in August 2021, 218 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Michael F. Erickson has been registered to vote since 2000.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3820 N.E. 12th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael F. Erickson, 52, and Ryan D. Strouse, 35.
