On Aug. 19, Leonardo Buchbinder and Susiana Graham purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 8872 N.W. 54th St., Coral Springs from George B. Huettel for $639,500.

This home last sold for $233,000 on Nov. 24, 1999.

So far in August 2021, 172 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, George Blake Huettel has been registered to vote since 1992.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 8872 N.W. 54th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: George Blake Huettel, 61, and Anissa Nicole Leon, 27.
