On Aug. 18, Jerome Keck sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1501 N.E. 32nd Place, Pompano Beach to Phs 3006 Holdings LLC and 1501 Ne 32 PL Land Trust for $200,000.

This home last sold for $100,000 on Dec. 9, 2011.

So far in August 2021, 209 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jerome Patrick Keck has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were seven registered voters residing at 1501 N.E. 32nd Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Talita A. Childs, 37, Linda Ann Crouch, 60, Lewis A. Walton, 93, Jean E. Exume, 27, Marie Ghislaine Sineus, 63, Jerome Patrick Keck, 56, and Marc Camy Exume, 32.
