On Aug. 18, Ernest Demeritte and Colleen Sudine purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 4429 Cordia Circle, Coconut Creek from Felix Cauldero and Natalie Chung-Cauldero for $245,000.

This home last sold for $187,000 on Dec. 18, 2015.

So far in August 2021, 102 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Felix Cauldero has been registered to vote since 2012. Natalie Nathasa Chung-Cauldero has been registered to vote since 2001.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 4429 Cordia Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Felix Cauldero, 60, Natalie Nathasa Chung-Cauldero, 53, and Alyssa Celeste Cauldero, 28.
