The last time this home sold was July 9, 2018. It last sold for $221,450.

So far in August 2021, 209 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jessica Sue Hintz has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1525 N.E. 27th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Autumn Carrie Brannan, 43, Exzavious Jashea Ke-Juann McLennan, 26, and Jessica Sue Hintz, 33.
