The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2381 N.E. Eighth Ave., Pompano Beach was sold on Aug. 18 by Kara Ann and Carolina Owens for $430,000. The buyer was Edward Ellsworth.

This home last sold for $263,000 on Dec. 1, 2016.

So far in August 2021, 209 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Carolina Owens has been registered to vote since 2006. Kara Owens has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2381 N.E. Eighth Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Carolina Owens, 41, Arthur Jose Uvaldo, 51, and Kara Owens, 36.
