On Aug. 18, Amy Michaels and Jeffrey R Olynyk sold their five bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home at 12273 N.W. 68th Court, Parkland to Nicolas Katsiyianis for $1,400,000.

This home last sold on June 13, 2017 for $1,050,000.

So far in August 2021, 52 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Amy Hope Michaels (37) has been registered to vote since 2006.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
