The 2.5 bedroom, two bathroom home at 201 Congressional Way 201, Deerfield Beach was sold on Aug. 18 by Enrique Alberto Garcia, Martha Tomas Flynn and Adriane Tomas Parish for $197,000. The buyers were Antonio Quinones Bresani and Alicia Aleman.

So far in August 2021, 144 properties sold in Deerfield Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Enrique Alberto Garcia (83) has been registered to vote since 1996.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
