On Aug. 18, Thomas J. and Patricia A. Mathews sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 12599 Classic Drive, Coral Springs to Frances E. Timothy R. and Gayle P. Miller Timothy R. for $670,000.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 6, 2018. It last sold for $488,000.

So far in August 2021, 162 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Thomas James Mathews has been registered to vote since 2015. Patricia Ann Mathews has been registered to vote since 2015.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 12599 Classic Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Daniel K. Davis, 31, Thomas James Mathews, 57, and Patricia Ann Mathews, 57.
