Hybrid District Two Meeting – August 31, 2021

City of Deerfield Beach issued the following announcement on Aug. 16.

Vice Mayor Ben Preston invites all District 2 residents to a District Meeting Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 7:00pm at the Hillsboro Technology Center located at 50 Hillsboro Technology Drive in Deerfield Beach. Participants will have an option to join online via Zoom. 

 This meeting will include updates and information from BSO Law Enforcement, Planning & Development Services, Code Compliance, and Parks & Recreation as well as COVID-19 updates.

 Additionally, this meeting will incorporate a second public workshop for the Johnny L. Tigner Center recreation building proposed design. This second workshop will afford the maximum opportunity for the public to comment on the proposed design. 

Multiple City of Deerfield Beach elected officials may be in attendance.

To ensure compliance with CDC recommendations, in-person attendees are required to wear facial coverings and maintain social distancing.
