On Aug. 17, Kerline Auguste purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 7548 Fairfax Drive 211, Tamarac from Karen Goldstein and Myrn Tasman (revocable trust) for $175,000.

This home last sold for $75,000 on Feb. 16, 2012.

So far in August 2021, 132 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Myrna Tasman, 86, was the only registered voter residing at 7548 Fairfax Drive 211 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
