On Aug. 17, Alan O Carpio De Bedoya purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 805 Cypress Blvd. 304, Pompano Beach from Michael Molonon and U/a/D 10/30/92 for $215,000.

So far in August 2021, 194 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Michael R. Molonon has been registered to vote since 1982.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 805 Cypress Blvd. 304 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Natalie Molonon, 96, and Michael R. Molonon, 58.
