On Aug. 17, Mary C. Quatela (revocable trust) sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 7715 Southampton Terrace 105, Tamarac to Eleanor P. Amico for $260,000.

This home last sold for $205,000 on May 4, 2016.

So far in August 2021, 132 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Mary Catherine Quatela (83) has been registered to vote since 1972.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
