On Aug. 17, Stephen J. Gasperini and Bonnie Hirschel sold their home at 9487 Satinleaf Place, Parkland to Yuri Romanenko, Tatyana Berlaga and Br (living trust) for $1,075,000.

This home last sold on Nov. 5, 2009 for $530,000.

So far in August 2021, 49 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Stephen J. Gasperini has been registered to vote since 2001. Bonnie E. Hirschel has been registered to vote since 2001.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 9487 Satinleaf Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Stephen J. Gasperini, 59, Bonnie E. Hirschel, 58, Jerome Leslie Fenton, 79, and Geraldine Theodora Fenton, 72.
