The last time this home sold was March 29, 2018. It last sold for $145,000.

So far in August 2021, 151 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Tyler Jordan Kins has been registered to vote since 2012. Theresa Maree Colletti Kins has been registered to vote since 2008.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
