The last time this home sold was May 8, 2000. It last sold for $138,000.

So far in August 2021, 98 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Fay Y. Anderson has been registered to vote since 1996. Calvin L. Anderson has been registered to vote since 2007.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 5544 N.W. 54th Circle as of Oct. 10, 2020: Khadija Jamila Anderson, 38, Fay Y. Anderson, 78, and Calvin L. Anderson, 76.
