This home last sold for $68,000 on June 4, 2002.

So far in August 2021, 77 properties sold in Margate.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Heather Linda Gray (71) has been registered to vote since 2004.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
